Servana Terms and Conditions


Effective Date: 4/28/25

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your subscription to Servana (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), a digital lead data and marketing service for local service providers. By subscribing, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

Servana provides access to curated homeowner and service-related leads via a shared Google Sheet.

Upon subscription, you will receive an email with a link to your Google Sheet. Leads are added and updated internally by Servana.

It is your responsibility to regularly check the sheet for updates and to manage your outreach campaigns accordingly.

2. Subscription & Payment

The subscription fee is $47 per month, billed automatically to the payment method provided at checkout.

Payment is required upfront and renews monthly until canceled.

Pricing is subject to change with at least 15 days’ prior notice.

3. Refunds & Chargebacks

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Because leads are delivered digitally and accessible immediately, Servana does not offer refunds, credits, or proration for partial months.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that chargebacks and payment disputes are not permitted. Any disputes will be contested with documentation of services delivered.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining access to the email account used at registration.

Checking the Google Sheet link regularly for new leads.

Using leads in compliance with all applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local marketing regulations).

Servana is not responsible for your outreach methods, conversion rates, compliance, or business outcomes.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Servana support or using the cancellation link provided at checkout.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds or credits are provided.

6. Lead Quality Disclaimer

Servana provides homeowner and consumer data for marketing purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that every lead will be interested, responsive, or qualified for your services.

Results will vary depending on your own marketing and sales efforts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Servana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

8. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of New York.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.

9. Modifications

Servana reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be posted to the website and are effective immediately upon posting.

10. Acceptance

By subscribing to Servana, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
