These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your subscription to Servana (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), a subscription-based lead data service for service providers. By subscribing, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

Servana provides access to homeowner and service-related leads via a shared Google Sheet.

Leads are updated regularly by Servana and may be accessible to multiple subscribers.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the shared Google Sheet for updates and manage their own outreach to leads.

Servana does not guarantee exclusivity of leads, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

2. Subscription & Payment

The subscription fee is $47 per month, billed automatically to the payment method you provide at checkout.

Payment is required upfront and renews monthly until canceled.

Pricing may change, but Customers will be notified at least 15 days in advance.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Because leads are delivered digitally and accessible immediately, Servana does not issue refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for partial months.

By subscribing, you agree not to dispute or charge back payments. Any disputes will be contested with documentation of services provided.

4. Lead Quality Disclaimer

Servana makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of lead data but does not guarantee that any lead will be interested, responsive, or result in business for you.

Results vary depending on your own marketing and sales efforts.

Leads may be shared with other businesses in your area.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By subscribing, you agree to:

Maintain a valid email account for receiving your subscription details.

Regularly review your shared Google Sheet for updated leads.

Use leads in compliance with all applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do Not Call regulations).

Assume full responsibility for your outreach methods and outcomes.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the cancellation link provided at checkout or by contacting Servana support.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

Servana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Servana’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the past 30 days.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.

9. Modifications

Servana reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately.

10. Acceptance

By subscribing to Servana, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
